Juhu police arrested four Shiv sainik for rioting

On Wenesday Juhu police officials arrested four people on charges of rioting and ransacking Crepe Station, a restaurant in Juhu. Those arrested claimed themselves to be belonging to Shivsena.
The accused, said that they attacked the restaurant because it served hukka , to the students from the nearby schools and college. The Sainiks claimed that there are quite a handful of educational institutes near that restaurant and the students would regularly frequent it.

However, the management of the restaurant in their statement to the police said that the accused had come to the restaurant about three days ago. The management added that the accused got into fight with the restaurant staff over some bill issue. On Tuesday they came to the restaurant with a mob and ransacked the office.

“The initial investigation has revealed that it was a case of personal dispute. We are also verifying whether they were indeed affiliated to any political party or no” said senior police inspector Deepak Katkade of Juhu police station.
